When you use the "Ask us to build yours" form, we collect your name, business name, and one contact detail — email or phone.

Why we collect it

We use this to reply to your request and discuss building a site for your business. We do not use it for any other purpose.

What we do not do

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send automated emails. We do not sell or share your details with third parties. We do not use your details for automated decision-making.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for 12 months after our last reply to you, then delete them.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not track visitors individually.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data wrongly.
